Returns Are Simple!
Simply Email our site to obtain a RA (return authorization) number, provide full details of your original order:
Order ID
Order date
Your name
Your e-mail address
You must include the original shipping documents that you received with your original order. This will help us find your order to process the refund/return.
Our Returns Policy
Within 15 days of receipt of your goods, you may return any of the following items to Kidz History , for any reason, for a refund (a restocking fee of 25% will be charged , we will also refund the freight cost if the return is because of our mistake):
- Any product in its original condition with original packaging and accessories Any unopened (must be still in its plastic wrap)
- We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from KidzHistory.com.
- We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 15 days after shipping, will be charged a restocking fee of 50% at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days or that are in unsellable condition, or that have missing parts.
Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
KidzHistory.com can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, visit our online RETURNS DEPARTMENT.
Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
Returning a gift?
You'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which can be used at any time toward your purchases at KidzHistory.com. The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped.
Did you use a promotional voucher, code or certificate?
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, available to use the next time you place an order at Our KidzHistory.com. This does not apply if the promotion has expired. Vouchers are not refundable.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:
Visit our online RETURNS DEPARTMENT and obtain a mailing label.
Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. Please ensure you use sufficient padding to avoid damage in transit.
All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt was declined by you due to damage in transit. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. Please note that return mailing labels obtained from our online RETURNS DEPARTMENT are valid for domestic returns only. In addition, if you use a mailing label provided by our RETURNS DEPARTMENT and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.
Lost Your Packing Slip?
Don't worry! If you ordered the item yourself, you can still return it via our online RETURNS DEPARTMENT. What if the item was given to you as a gift, and you don't have the packing slip or the order number? No problem. Enclose a separate sheet of paper noting the name and e-mail address of the person who purchased the gift, along with the reason for your return, and send the package to the appropriate address below:

To place an order using your check or money order, please place your order on-line. Then mail in your check or money order with the order number you will receive once you complete your on-line purchase (please make sure to include your phone number on the check). Please note that we cannot issue refunds on a check or money order so please order carefully. Store credit only is available for any cancelled orders.

Once you have made your selections, please go to "checkout."
Fill out all the neccessary shipping information.
When you reach the 'payments methods' window simply choose "your check/money order" as your payment option. When you reach the billing information section, simply choose the "same as shipping information" option.
Once you complete your ordering information, a confirmation page will appear with your order number. Print this page out and mail it to us, along with your check or money order.
If you do not have access to a printer then simply include your order number on your check. Also, please always include your phone number on your check! We cannot process your check if your home number is not on it! Please note that it does take 3 to 5 days to process a check or money order - this includes rush orders.
Please note that if we do not receive your check or money order within 14 days of you placing the order on-line, your order will automatically be canceled so please make sure you send your check in a timely manner.

KidzHistory. has taken steps to ensure information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. Information obtained is protected by our security measures, which are constantly reviewed and updated. KidzHistory's web site protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) technology. When you submit an order, SSL encrypts your order information to prevent the decoding of that information by unauthorized individuals. Some versions of browsers and some firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In this case, you will be unable to connect to the server so you do not have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection. To check that you have accessed our secure server, look for the unbroken key or closed lock symbol in the lower left-hand corner of your browser window - this tells you are in secure mode. Or check the URL - the "http" should change to "https." If you cannot get access to the secure server for whatever reason, please place your order by phone at 866-845-5997 or by Fax 818-367-6062.
A QUICK NOTE ON CREDIT CARD FRAUD.
KidzHistory PRIVACY POLICY:
At KidzHistory, your privacy is very important to us. We do not "rent", "trade", or "sell" E-Mail addresses.
We only use your email address to send you a "receipt" that you have placed an order; a "confirmation" of the order within 2 business days; a notice of shipment with a tracking number and a hot link to the shipper's site to trace the package; and a receipt when your credit card is charged.
Unless you send us your email by signing up on our Home Page and clicking on the "join" button, we do not send marketing "broadcast" messages. We only send marketing emails to people who have requested them, NOT customers who just purchased from our site.
